Anticaking L (+)-Tartaric Acid is also called L(+)-Dihydroxy succinic acid or L(+)-2,3-dihydroxy butanedioic acid. It is colorless crystal or white crystalline powder with sourness. It is stable in the air. Anticaking agent can prevent powder agglomeration and coating and plastic film adhesion compounds. Such as adding 1% amide waxes polyvinyl choride (PVC), with good anti adhesion property.
