Properties:
Potassium Tartrate is colorless or white crystalline powders, loses its water when heated to 155°C, decomposes at 200~220°C, hardly dissolves in ethanol. Potassium Tartrate’s aqueous solution assumes acidity to litmus and PH value is 7~9.
Applications:
Potassium Tartrate is used as analysis agent to produce culture medium for microorganism. It is also widely used in pharmaceutical industry.
